What’s the difference between managed IT and IT support?
IT support is largely reactive — you raise a ticket and we fix it. Managed IT is proactive and strategic: we monitor, maintain, secure and plan your estate continuously, with support included as part of the service.
Do you replace our in-house team or work alongside them?
Either. Many clients outsource IT entirely to us; others use a co-managed model where we augment an internal team — for example providing 24/7 cover, security or specialist skills.
How quickly can you onboard us?
