Managed IT: common questions

What’s the difference between managed IT and IT support?

IT support is largely reactive — you raise a ticket and we fix it. Managed IT is proactive and strategic: we monitor, maintain, secure and plan your estate continuously, with support included as part of the service.

Do you replace our in-house team or work alongside them?

Either. Many clients outsource IT entirely to us; others use a co-managed model where we augment an internal team — for example providing 24/7 cover, security or specialist skills.

How quickly can you onboard us?

A typical onboarding runs over two to six weeks depending on the size of the estate. We prioritise security and monitoring first so you feel the benefit quickly, with minimal disruption.

Is everything UK-based?
